Given the fact that the Directors come from previously disadvantaged communities, Scenimanzi has extensive contacts within these communities, enabling the company to succeed in sourcing highly skilled Employment Equity candidates. The recruitment and selection process and all activities are documented to ensure fairness, equity and reference.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We customise our training programmes to meet the needs of clients. We offer a range of Qualifications and Skills Programmes and Short Courses that are aligned to SETA Unit Standards. Our skills training programmes are therefore part of our accredited qualifications with a specific functional focus.
AET Facilitation and Implementation
We provide customised solutions for organisations on AET implementation and management as follows:
- Conducting assessment for placement of learners
- Training on AET Levels 1 to 4
- Facilitate assessments with the IEB and SETAS
- AET project management.
